Why do I need to be involved in STW?

Businesses need to be involved in STW because workforce development and training is one of the most critical challenges facing the business community today. Education needs to be involved because they prepare the workforce of tomorrow. Business and education need to work together toward the common goal of meeting the challenges of our new economy.
